Skakkamanage belt out OFC’s in their rehearsal space in 101
Amongst the many numerous personalities that inhabit the music scene in Reykjavik,
there’s a fella called Orn. Fond of an arm wrestle and an obvious penchant for Graceland
era Paul Simon, our boy plays in at least a couple of bands and I caught two in one afternoon.
First off he’s playing an acoustic guitar lead with Seabear then he tells me that I have to
come by and check out the band he plays bass with - Skakkamanage. Funny how things
come together as I’d been trying to track them down for the preceding few days. Go see
