and the biggest turnout of festival goers. We caught up with José González at a local cafe and
Architecture in Helsinki outside NASA. We also got some input from The Grapevine’s imported
U.S. music journo Bart Blasengame and Stuart threw in his two-cents worth as the 2005 Iceland
Airwaves festival wound down. Tracks featured include Lovestain by José Gonzales and The
Cemetery
by Architecture in Helsinki.

In this first episode we go on a walkabout and chat to the locals and try to get the general feeling of
the young folks in Iceland attending the festival. Jón Atli from Hairdoctor gave us some chat about
what you have to do to survive as a young musician in Reykjavik during his DJ set at the Elvis store
opening. We feature Sleepwork by Hermigervill which was a big success at his concert on NASA.
At the end of the night we interview The Zuckakis Mondeyano Project in a rather interesting location.
Sound quality in this podcast is a bit rough at times but we’re getting the hang of our recorder.
